Before you go

Use the lower or upper Codding Hollow Road parking area depending on road conditions.
Follow the obvious white-blazed Long Trail uphill into the woods.
Use short rough spur paths to reach the brook.
The main trail does not sit directly on the cascades.
Wet rock along the brook will be slick.
